Commitment
Commitment can mean like the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity. To accomplish a goal with determination. Also an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action.
"Productivity
is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to
excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort."
-Paul J. Meyer
In my opinion i think this quote means that if you are committed in achieving a goal you will be able to accomplish it. Things don't happen by miracle you have to work for it each day. You have to be committed meaning you'll want to work hard for it. If you don't work for things you will not have anything to claim. For example if you want get straight A's you have to be willing/committed in doing all class work, all homework, projects, following the rules, paying attention, and studying. You wont just get straight A's magically.
